RETURNS
It is our wish for you to fully enjoy this retail experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your items, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For returns we can offer credit, replacement or refund.
• Please return items in the condition they were supplied, with your receipt?
• If no receipt, can you please provide us with your name, phone number, address, invoice number and date of purchase?
• Refunds are given on the value of the item, not including original delivery payment.
• Delivery for replacement items and/or returns is free.
• All returns sent back to Cindy Louise are at your own expense.
• If the item is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible?
• We may request a picture of the product for insurance purposes and/or to assess if replacement item can be delivered without the original item being returned.
