Australia – Most packages are delivered as standard Parcel Post with Australia Post, and we charge the following flat rate:
Flat rate delivery within Australia is $12
- Orders $50 and over receive 50% off shipping
- Orders $100 and over receive free shipping.
International - Until we have worked out the international delivery prices, can you please contact us for international orders?
Whenever possible, your items are lovingly wrapped in recycled, reused padded bags, boxes, bubble wrap, shredded paper and/or any other packaging we receive.
Returns
We would like you to enjoy this retail experience fully. If you are not entirely satisfied with your items, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We can offer credit, a replacement, or a refund.
- Please return items in the condition they were supplied with your receipt.
- If you have not received a receipt, please provide us with your name, address, invoice number, and/or date of purchase.
- Refunds are given on the item's value, not including the original delivery payment.
- Delivery of replacement items and/or returns is free.
- All returns sent back to Cindy Louise are at your own expense.
- If the item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We may request a picture of the product for insurance purposes and/or to assesswhether a replacement item can be delivered without returning the original.
